Southwest Michigan Florida Spring Break Trip

🌴 March 27 – April 4, 2026

When: Friday, March 27 – Saturday, April 4, 2026

Where: Traveling throughout eastern Florida, staying in large cabins at a camp in Pierson, FL.

Who: Students in high school
8th grade students may be approved by staff if they demonstrate maturity.

What We’ll Be Doing – this unforgettable spring break includes:

• 🎢 Full day at Busch Gardens (Tampa)
• 🏖️ 2 days at New Smyrna Beach
• 🌊 1 day at Cocoa Beach
• 🛍️ Visit to Ron Jon Surf Shop
• 🌅 Sunset at Manatee Park
• 🔥 Bonfire night
• 🎉 Nightly group activities
• 🏕️ Free time around camp:
  • Swimming pool
  • Frisbee golf
  • Basketball & volleyball
  • Biking & trails

Meals

• Most meals are included
• Students are responsible for travel meals and daily lunches

What to Bring

A detailed info sheet and packing list will be sent home a few weeks before the trip.

Parent Meeting

We will review trip details at an optional parent meeting on March 9 at 6:15 PM at YFC

Trip Cost

All deposits are included in the total trip price.

• $509 — Register by January 23 with a $100 non-refundable deposit

• $549 — Register by February 20 with a $100 non-refundable deposit

• $589 — Register after February 20 with a $100 non-refundable deposit

Additional Payment Deadlines

• Additional $100 non-refundable payment due by February 27

• Remaining balance due by March 13

Fundraising Opportunity

Students may sell gourmet popcorn to earn money toward the cost of the trip.
